A little about my journey

For a long time, I looked like I had it together.

I was working, raising a family, showing up where I needed to…
but underneath that, I was reactive, overwhelmed, and constantly “on.”

Small things would set me off.
I was short, impatient, exhausted.
And the worst part? I could see it happening, but I didn’t know how to stop it.

That moment, realising I didn’t feel like myself anymore, was the turning point.


I didn’t need more discipline.
I didn’t need another routine.

I needed to understand what was actually happening in my body.


So I started doing the work.
The kind that helps you pause in the moment instead of snapping.
The kind that teaches you how to regulate your nervous system when everything feels like too much.
The kind that actually changes how you respond, at work, at home, and in your relationships.


What I’ve learned is this:

You’re not “too much.”
You’re overloaded.

And when you’re constantly operating in that state, reactivity isn’t a personality flaw, it’s a nervous system response.


Now, this is the work I share.

Through my course, my retreats, and the way I teach, I help women step out of survival mode and into something far more sustainable:

  • calm without shutting down 
  • clarity without overthinking 
  • control without force 


This isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about coming back to who you are—
without the overwhelm running the show.
