With over two decades of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness, planning events, and creating art, Bessy combines her skills to bring mindfulness and creativity to a range of audiences. She’s guided sessions across schools, corporate settings, wellness centers, and community spaces throughout North America and Australia. Her work spans corporate workshops on growth mindset, mindful leadership, and emotional intelligence, along with tailored events that focus on well-being.
As an artist, Bessy creates digital illustrations, logos, and commissioned artwork. Her children’s book, Strong Like Mama, reflects her passion for social and emotional learning (SEL), a theme she integrates into her work with children, families, and schools. Currently, she’s developing the next book in her children’s series, furthering her mission to empower young minds through stories and practical tools.
Bessy lives in Melbourne with her husband and three children, staying grounded with coffee, country music, and all things colourful.
Mindfulness, emotional resilience, and self-regulation are gifts every child should experience.
My mission is to empower children, adults, and leaders alike by equipping them with tools to understand and navigate their emotions, fostering resilience and empathy within the classroom, community, and workplace.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF COUNTRY
At Mindfully Bessy, we respectfully acknowledge the Waluk-ut Weelam Clan of the Boon Wurrung Peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the land, and acknowledge their inherent connection to these lands and waters on which we practice yoga every day. We pay respect to Elders - past, present and emerging - and recognise their ongoing connection to this beautiful country, with knowledge and stories that have been handed down since time immemorial.
It is a privilege to be present on Country and we hope that our work supports this land, sea and spirit.
