Work. Family. Mental load. Expectations. The constant pressure to keep everything moving. And maybe lately, you’ve noticed something underneath it all quietly asking for your attention. Not a breakdown. Not a crisis. Just the sense that the version of you who has been surviving… may no longer be the version you want to keep living as. A mindfulness retreat can offer you the space to pause long enough to hear yourself clearly again. Becoming Again is a retreat for women that emphasizes self-care and personal growth, allowing you to reconnect with the best version of yourself.

Women carrying a lot for everyone else often find themselves feeling mentally overloaded, emotionally stretched, or burnt out. A mindfulness retreat can be a rejuvenating experience for those navigating change, transition, or questioning what comes next. This retreat for women offers a space for those craving clarity, calm, and the opportunity to reconnect with themselves. It’s a chance for women ready to move beyond survival mode and feel more present in their lives.

• step out of survival mode and constant productivity at our mindfulness retreat for women
• reconnect with yourself beyond your roles and responsibilities
• regulate your nervous system and calm the mental noise during your self-care retreat
• explore what no longer feels aligned in your life, work, or identity
• leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected to yourself
Becoming Again is a transformative mindfulness retreat that blends thoughtful workshops, mindfulness, movement, and genuine rest in a way that feels grounded, intelligent, and deeply human.
Throughout this retreat for women, you’ll experience:
Workshops & Reflection
Facilitated sessions exploring overwhelm, identity, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and navigating change with greater clarity and intention.
Yoga & Mindfulness
Gentle daily movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices designed to help you slow down, regulate, and reconnect.
Rest & Space
Downtime intentionally built into the experience to rest, journal, walk the grounds, enjoy the spa, or simply exist without needing to be productive.
Connection
Meaningful conversation and shared experiences with women who understand the feeling of carrying a lot for a long time, making it a true self-care retreat.

Coach, facilitator, and speaker Natalie Moore is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in business, leadership, and wellbeing. Her journey has stemmed from a longstanding interest in how individuals navigate change and shape their lives and careers. Drawing from her experiences in corporate environments and health and wellbeing, Natalie has cultivated a grounded and practical approach to supporting people during periods of uncertainty, growth, and transition. She is particularly passionate about leading mindfulness retreats and self-care retreats for women, where she creates a nurturing space for participants to explore their thoughts and have conversations they've often avoided. Known for her calm presence, Natalie integrates mindset, behavior, and embodied awareness, helping individuals move forward with clarity and intention. As a certified health coach and yoga teacher, she emphasizes that true change arises not from pushing harder, but from stepping back to understand what truly needs to shift. Outside of her professional life, Natalie is a devoted mother, an avid marathon runner, and enjoys traveling, spending time by the beach, and cherishing the simple pleasures in life.

Teacher, speaker, and author Bessy Vazzocchi is dedicated to helping working women transition from feeling reactive and overwhelmed to achieving a state of calm, clarity, and control. Her work is rooted in nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and practical applications designed specifically for women managing the demands of work, family, and the ongoing pressure of being ‘on.’ As a certified yoga teacher trained in pre and postnatal yoga, children’s yoga, trauma-informed practices, and mindfulness coaching, Bessy offers a wealth of knowledge. Additionally, she hosts mindfulness retreats and self-care retreats aimed at empowering women to reclaim their peace. With her rich background influenced by personal experience, Bessy is a mother of three who originally hails from Toronto and now resides in Melbourne. She understands the complexities of juggling multiple roles and the effects it has on our thoughts, feelings, and reactions. Outside of her professional life, she finds joy in simple pleasures: spending time outdoors, reading a good book, and listening to country music. The same principles she imparts—slowing down, paying attention, and creating space—are the ones she actively practices in her own life.
Absolutely. Many women attend retreats on their own, and we intentionally create a warm, welcoming environment from the moment you arrive. There is no pressure to socialise constantly, but there will be plenty of opportunities for genuine connection throughout the weekend.
Not at all. The yoga and mindfulness practices are gentle, accessible and designed to support relaxation and reconnection rather than performance or fitness. This is not a yoga retreat, and all practices are completely optional.
Yes. Rest and space are intentionally built into the experience. This retreat is not designed to keep you busy every minute of the day. There will be time to pause, reflect, enjoy the venue, walk the grounds, book a spa treatment or simply rest.
Guests will stay in beautifully appointed Garden Terrace Rooms designed to feel calm, quiet and restorative throughout the retreat.
Each room includes:
• king bed or twin configuration
• private ensuite
• sitting area
• tea and coffee facilities
• luxury robes
• private outdoor terrace area
• complimentary Wi-Fi
• onsite parking and wellness facilities
The rooms are intentionally designed to help you properly slow down and unwind during your stay.
Yes. Twin share rooms are available if you would like to attend with a friend or another guest.
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, activewear for gentle movement sessions, walking shoes, swimwear if desired, a journal and anything that helps you feel relaxed and comfortable.
Yoga mats will be provided. Evening dinners will be elevated casual.
Yes. Dietary requirements can absolutely be catered for, and you’ll have the opportunity to share these with us prior to the retreat.
Yes. Endota Spa is located onsite at Balgownie Estate, and guests are welcome to book treatments directly with the venue during their free time. Please note, this is not included in your investment and will be at your own expense.
While the retreat is wellness-focused, there will be the opportunity to enjoy a drink with dinner if you choose to. This is included in your investment.
If you would like to discuss a payment plan option, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
Simply click Reserve Your Place and complete the booking form.
To secure your place, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due by 1 August 2027.
If you would like to discuss a payment plan option, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
Once your deposit has been received, your place at the retreat will be confirmed.
Closer to the retreat, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to know prior to arrival, including what to bring, retreat details, dietary requirements and any final information to help you feel prepared and supported before the weekend begins.
Due to the intimate nature of the retreat and venue commitments, the $500 deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat may transfer payments made (excluding the deposit) to a future retreat, subject to availability.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat commencement are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your place to another woman if needed.
You do not need to arrive perfectly rested, healed, or certain about what comes next at this mindfulness retreat. You do not need to have everything figured out. This retreat for women is simply an opportunity to pause long enough to hear yourself again. To reconnect with who you are now. To make space for what matters. And to take one grounded step forward from there on your self-care retreat.
